Catering Services:

Catering events are planned based off of how many people you have (8+), and what kind of food you would want. Usually this is done with buffet style serving dishes, or smaller finger food a la carte style. Catering events could include birthdays, parties, baby showers, bridal showers, holiday parties, weddings and anything else you would want some amazing food for. Catering is available in Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, and Kissimmee. We offer wedding catering at one of our favorite locations in the Orlando area, The Veranda at Thornton Park, as well as others. 

The Peaceful Plate services can also provide sweets such as small cakes and cupcakes, or we can also suggest other vegan bakers to go to for specialized needs or ideas.

Food choices vary a whole lot! We have a pre-made, 50+ item list of awesome food dishes and recipes pre-developed here at Peaceful Plate available for different catering events. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, we can come up with a personalized plan, although we think there is something for everyone here. Our menus are 100% vegan, and we can offer gluten free, nut free, or soy free options as needed.

Catering Pricing and Ordering:

Payment for wedding catering events is based on how many people we are feeding, and how many dishes you would want. For a standard, buffet style 3 main courses and 3 side dishes, prices start at $25 per person. Smaller and larger events can be determined based off of the event needs.

For finger food style catering (think pigs in blankets, jalapeno poppers, hush puppies type of deal) pricing starts at $17 per person for 6 options, this would be “all you can eat” style. Smaller and larger events can be determined based off of event needs. 

Catering is also available a la carte style, such as in the holiday catering menus above. You can purchase single dishes for 8, 12, 15, 18, 24, or 36 people. Parties larger than this should order buffet style catering. For this style catering you can order up to 3 single items from any category before turning into a package deal. Basic package includes 1 main dish, 3 side dishes, 1 dessert and either a bread with dip or salad. VIP package includes 2 main dishes, 5 side dishes, 2 desserts, and both bread with dip and a salad. Please reach out via email if you are interested in this catering, to inquire about our current a la carte menu as our options change seasonally, and pricing. Generally, pricing ranges per dish and how many people you have. This will be around $3-4 per serving for “main dishes”, $2-3 per serving for side dishes, and $1.50-$2.50 per serving for desserts. 

An 8 person minimum is required for catering orders, and a 25% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your catering order. The rest of the payment will be required 48 hours before order pickup. If you cancel within 48 hours of your order pick up date there will be no refunds. Catering orders must be placed a week in advance for parties larger than 36, or 3 days in advance for parties of 8-36.
